Family History: Learn from experts
2011 provides a great opportunity for family history enthusiasts and genealogists to learn from experts who might be visiting their communities.
MyHeritage's own Daniel Horowitz has a daunting tour schedule in the coming months, and I will also be speaking in numerous venues. We will both be speaking at the major genealogy events as well as staffing the company's booth.
We invite MyHeritage.com users to stop by and say hello at the conferences or to attend the other programs at the conferences.
We are especially looking forward to greeting our UK users at the upcoming Who Do You Think You Are? Live family history fair in London.

UPDATE: Several readers (see comments below) wanted to know why we were not planning to be in their localities. With numerous comments, it seemed a response was necessary to explain. Both Daniel and I speak at numerous conferences, sometimes the same ones, sometimes different ones. We are always willing to work in visits to local genealogy societies, in proximity to that event or on stops to and from those events. Societies can always contact us at daniel@myheritage.com or schelly@myheritage.com.

I spoke in Melbourne and Hong Kong last year, while Daniel will be in Australia in 2012 for the major AustroAsia conference (Adelaide). I'm sure he would like to meet as many societies and group as possible when he is down under. Now's the time for groups there to contact him.
